Program Magister (S2) di UDINUS adalah jenjang pendidikan lanjutan setelah S1 untuk memperdalam keilmuan dan meningkatkan kompetensi profesional. Program Doktoral (S3) di UDINUS adalah jenjang pendidikan tertinggi setelah S2 yang berfokus pada pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan melalui penelitian mendalam dan inovatif.
